A story about our ONE unhappy customer
We strive for perfection at Best Choice Roofing and 99% of the time we get it. We have many happy homeowners across Arkansas but we do have one who is unhappy and vocal about it đ¤Ł.
Long story short. We wouldnât waive her deductible, we wouldnât give her gutters for free, we wouldnât go outside of what the insurance paid for and her contract read. Top that off with a magical âpunctured HVAC lineâ that would have been impossible to puncture with a 1-1/4â coil nail. The garage and attic space were full of refrigerator parts and coolant lines oddly enough (just to paid a picture of the environment). So upon quickly inspecting the issue, we noticed a very difficult to get to HVAC line that was not laying directly on the decking (against AR code). The only thing we found close to the HVAC line would have been a massive dead rat. Upon discussing this with the homeowner we were given a bill that was ODDLY close to the cost of their deductible.
Adding these few things up, we opted to go for our gut feeling (and contractual obligation) and not get bamboozled by the homeowner.
